 Partial acceptances  Issuance of the Certificate of Substantial Completion  Completion of punch-list work  Final waivers of liens from the contractors as appropriate  Written manufacturer certifications  Approved equipment and pipe testing data  Warranties  Final applications for payment  Local agency and regulatory signoffs
