Partial acceptances Issuance of the Certificate of Substantial Completion Completion of punch-list work Final waivers of liens from the contractors as appropriate Written manufacturer certifications Approved equipment and pipe testing data Warranties Final applications for payment Local agency and regulatory signoffs
