and coordination with code enforcement officers. • Attend GVYMCA administrative meetings as required to provide project updates. • Prepare and issue punch list at substantial completion. • Assemble warranties, Operation & Maintenance Manuals, and attic stock materials. Fee Proposal: $300,000 Construction Phase Management fee proposal assumes a 12-month construction timeframe. Fee provides a full-time (40 hours/week) Resident Project Engineer and technical specialist involvement as noted above. Should the construction schedule extend past 12 months, a monthly rate of $25,000 will apply.

Reimbursable Expenses

The fee proposal does include typical reimbursable expenses. DEI will not be reimbursed for the following: • Accounting • Telecommunications • Postage • Transportation • Parking

• Photocopying • Office Supplies • Miscellaneous Supplies

Invoicing DEI will submit monthly invoices for services rendered. Any tasks that are identified as Time & Expense will include a description of the task(s) performed and associated hours.
