Will Watkins, CEP, EIT, CDT Mr. Watkins is a Certified Estimating Professional (CEP). He is proficient in reviewing and interpreting construction documents of all design phases. Mr. Watkins uses his practical knowledge gained from his experience as a Resident Project Engineer in conjunction with standard estimating practices to calculate and adjust construction labor, equipment, and material quantities to reflect spe- cific project conditions and requirements.
