• Installation of exterior metal framing, sheathing, and brick veneer • Installation of interior metal framing, insulation, and drywall • Maintaining of temporary power and lighting • Overhead rough-in of lighting, power, and security systems • Installation of floor boxes for power and data distribution • Installation of new heating and cooling equipment • Overhead mechanical rough in including insulation of heating and cooling piping • Installation of domestic and rain water piping • Coordination of MEP rough-in for new elevator addition • Coordination of contractor lay down areas for materials and equipment
