Site Construction Progress

Issues Resolved Confirm installation detail and construction sequence of the apparatus bay trench drains. Confirmation of Belgian block curb detail, width of main loop road entrance, roof drain cleanout product. Coordinate the FF&E process with GKO and the Township. GKO confirmed building efficiency through a COMCheck stemming from perimeter insulation question.

Issues in Progress
Complete a building low voltage, security, and access control design with GKO and CEI. Continue to monitor Erosion & Sedimentation Controls and respond to MCCD inspection report. Work with Vision Mechanical on resolving sprinkler shops drawings and calculations.
Work with Lobar on roof nailboard and stone veneer procurement.
