•Phase 2B: Interior finishes, MEP equipment installation and start-up, electrical systems and finishes, contractor clean-up, District move-in •Start: April 15, 2019 •Completion of Phase: June 15, 2021 Phase 2B: Site, 2BS.1-2BS.8 & Building, B1.5-B1.13.

Work in Progress - Building

• Continued installation of aluminum gutters, downspouts, and roof edging. • Continued painting of interior walls and door frames.

• Continued installation of Owner supplied items. • Installed acoustic sound panels in the cafeteria.

• Began cleaning and sealing floors in the classroomwing. • Completed the wood athletic floor and game lines in the gymnasium. • Completed the installation and testing of kitchen equipment.

• Continued stage rigging and lighting installation in the Gymnasium. • Began installation of all rack mounted equipment. • Began installation of wireless access points throughout the building. • Completed testing and balancing of the HVAC systems. • Completed installation of fire alarm system. • Continued installation of access control devices and implementing programs. • Successfully completed the elevator inspection with L&I. • Completed the testing and inspection of the kitchen fire protection system. Cafeteria wall finishes are complete, and cleaning is ongoing.

• Coordinated site access for furniture deliveries scheduled for early June. • Coordinated the delivery and installation of play equipment. • Completed installation of exterior site lighting for Site Phase 2B. • Began connection of new building to the existing well and septic. • Continued planning for abatement and demolition of the existing building.

• Continued grading and topsoiling around the building. • Installed sod and seed in previously topsoiled areas. • Continued installation of chain link fencing. • Completed framing and roofing of play area pavilion. • Completed concrete curbing. • Maintained E&S controls.

Paint, carpeting, and millwork is complete in the Library.

Cleaning and sealing of classroom floors has begun.

Gym Equipment and floor finishes are complete.

Above ceiling inspections are complete, and cleaning is ongoing.
