•Phase 2B: Interior and exterior finishes, MEP equipment installation and start-up, electrical systems and finishes. •Start: April 15, 2019 •Completion of Phase: June 15, 2021 ase 2B: Site, 2BS.1-2BS.8 & Building, B1.5-B1.13.

• Continued installation of exterior metal fascia and soffits. • Commenced the installation of aluminum gutters and downspouts. • Continued installation of lighting and electrical devices in the classroomwing. • Continued interior painting of walls and door frames throughout the building. • Commenced the installation of interior soffits and ceilings grid in the administration area. • Continued the installation of quarry tile in the kitchen and dishwashing area. • Continued installation of kitchen equipment. • Continued installation of hydronic and domestic water piping and equipment in the basement mechanical room. • Began installation of lighting in the cafeteria and kitchen areas. • Completed installation of exterior aluminum curtain wall assemblies. • Continued installation of flush wood doors in the classroom wing. • Continued installation of casework and marker boards in the classroomwing. • Completed installation of bathroom fixtures and toilet partitions in the classroomwing.

Ceiling grid and casework has commenced in the library.

• Continued installation of concrete paving. • Continued installation of stormwater conveyance and downspout tie-ins. • Completed the installation of the pre-packaged fire pump building. • Completed the installation of the propane tank farm and manifold. • Began rough grading around the loading dock area. • Maintained E&S controls. The propane tank farm and manifold has been installed and piping has been run to the building.

The prepackaged fire pump has been set in place.

Quarry tile in the kitchen has been installed.

Above ceiling installations are moving towards completion in the Main Office.

Finishes in the single use toilet rooms in the classroomwings are complete.

1B.5 ‐ 1B.8, 1B.16: Exterior wall finishes, roof structure and deck, permanent enclosure milestone 1B.10 ‐ 1B.12, 1B.15: MEP equipment piping and fixture installations 1B.13 ‐ 1B.14: Ceiling and interior paint, floor finishes, wall coverings and displays installation 2BS.3 ‐ 2BS.8: Construct fire lane, install curbing, sidewalk, new parking lot, begin landscaping 3S.6 ‐ 3S.7: Finalize installation of bus/service access road and main parking area. 1B.15, 1B.17 ‐ 1B.21: Equipment start ‐ up and commissioning,clean ‐ up and punchlist, set ‐ up/move in Issues Resolved RCN and NASD established a plan to maintain network connectivity in both buildings. PPL primary lines have been connected from the utility pole to the pad mounted transformer.
