• Installed site fence and temporary erosion and sedimentation controls. • Performed tree, shrub, and vegetation removal. • Installed staging area and established construction entrance. • Set the temporary power pole and construction trailers. • Placed water meter pit off Golf Club Rd. • Began rough grading of site. • Began excavation of basin and installation of outlet structures and piping at basin • Began site sewer and storm structure installation. • The Design Team is continuing the shop drawing and submittal reviews. • The MC began the BIM 3D modeling coordination drawing process. • The GC issued the initial Critical Path Method Baseline Schedule to be utilized by all Primes. • Completed stone placement at building pad • Began foundation excavation, rebar placement, and concrete placement Building Construction Progress

• Design Team to complete review and approval of all remaining submittals and shop drawings. • Complete installation of basin and rough grading. • Complete exterior foundation excavation and concrete placement. • Continue installation of site sewer lines. • Begin installation of underground utilities to building pad. • Begin masonry and concrete foundation wall construction. • Begin layout, excavation, and placement of interior foundations. • Continue BIM 3D Modeling coordination process between all Primes.
