COSTARS PROPOSAL

SCHEDULE: TBD INCLUSIONS TO SCOPE: •

Pricing to include material, applicable taxes, freight, and installation • Insurance • Payment and Performance Bond • Prevailing wage rates, as applicable to funding protocols • Securing the paper work for Building Permits for the project. • Materials Testing Allowance $17,500.00

EXCLUSIONS TO SCOPE: •

Owner is responsible for all Permit Costs

• Abatement of the existing surface, if needed • Athletic equipment outside of equipment listed in the scope of work (SOW), track/field appurtenances • Moving of existing equipment and/or debris • Multiple delivery and/or mobilization of project materials • Rock excavation, haul excess spoils offsite. • Sinkhole Remediation • Excavation and/or removal of contaminated soils • Unsuitable soils. Note: a proof roll will be required to ensure structure stability of the soils. In the event that unsuitable soils are encountered, a price to remedy the areas will be negotiated between the owner and contractor. • Permit fees. 3 rd party inspection fees for building permit. • Testing or inspection fees, if required • Covid-19 related delays and costs/supply chain disruptions • Any and all work not referenced in scope • There are severe shortages in the supply chain in the construction Industry at this time. Lead times can only be confirmed when orders are executed. There are extreme fabrication lead times in the Industry due to the supply chain shortages. The Project schedule will need to be updated accordingly after orders executed with material manufacturers.
