Andrew Mather PE, CDT, CCCA : On-site Representative During Construction With more than 10 years of experience, Mr. Mather specializes in engineering design, structural analysis, cost estimating and construction management. He is an expert in the development of design concepts, management of construction documents and oversight of new and renovated structures. Andrew is a licensed engineer and leans heavily on his technical acumen to efficiently evaluate and address complications during the construction phase before they become larger issues. Andrew will be your full-time on-site representative throughout the construction phase. WilliamW. Watkins, CEP, EIT, CDT : Cost Estimating Specialist Mr. Watkins is a Certified Estimating Professional (CEP). He is proficient in reviewing and interpreting construction documents of all design phases. Mr. Watkins uses his practical knowledge gained from his experience as a Resident Project Engineer in conjunction with standard estimating practices to calculate and adjust construction labor, equipment, and material quantities to reflect specific project conditions and requirements. David C. Derkits, PE: HVAC Specialist Over thirty years of experience in the engineering, design, and specification of mechanical systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings including schools, hospitals, and laboratories. Extensive experience with mechanical renovation construction projects in public and private sectors. Dave will help the team select the best HVAC system for this project, based on cost, efficiency, reliability, and serviceability. Dean Batten, PE: Electrical Systems Specialist Over twenty-five years of experience in electrical systems design including microelectronics, telecommunications, and computing environments. New and renovation construction projects include municipal, industrial, educational, commercial, health care, governmental, ecclesiastical, and laboratory facilities. Dean will assist with the development of recommendations for lighting systems, data infrastructure, security, emergency power, and related systems. Kimberly LaBrake, AIA, NCARB: Programming and Architectural Specialist Ms. LaBrake has more than 30 years of experience in her career as an architect, specifications writer, construction administrator and firm owner. She has a keen under- standing of team dynamics and has managed projects through all phases of design and construction. Kim also serves on the Borough of Hellertown Planning Commission which provides her with specific insights to the dynamics of municipal administration. Kim will review proposed floor plans & room schedules, and provide recommendations for code- related issues, finishes, and building circulation.
