CRAIG MURRAY, PE Mr. Murray is the director of DEI’s Infrastructure Practice. A proven leader withmore than 25 years of experience, Mr. Murray has performed project management of all phases of capital projects including planning, design and implementation. In1989 DEI expanded into Facilities Engineering and Project / Construction Management and since 2007 has been performing construction management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Building on our success in construction management, in 2015 DEI expanded its water and wastewater service offerings to include assessments, capital planning and detailed design for recurring capital programs and equipment replacements. In short, DEI helps clients efficiently implement those necessary capital improvement projects, of any size, that keep facilities operating as intended. DEI is a Pennsylvania corporation and a certified minority business enterprise led by its seven principals.
