SITE PHASING PLAN S1: Site Preparation, Complete Structure Demolition, Utility Capping and Relocations

Start: April 2022 Completion: June 2022

WORK COMPLETED AND COMMENCING

• Completion of all utility terminations serving existing administrative building and barn structures in preparation for structure demolition. • Coordination and scheduling the relocating of PPL’s main underground electrical transmission line and underground communications lines to allow for the construction of a new stormwater subsurface detention system. • Installation of the site staging area and temporary electrical service. • Installation of new sanitary storm sewer main from the public library parking lot to future tie-in location of high school and new building system. • Stripping of topsoil around existing buildings in preparation for structure demolition. • Complete structure demolition has begun on the former administration building. • Crushing of the demolished masonry and concrete will begin on-site. This material will be used as structural fill in the construction of the new building. • Site Phasing Plan S2 is scheduled to begin at the end of June. This will include the excavation of the building pad, rough grading of the entire site, and installation of 2 temporary stormwater sediment traps. • Building Phasing Plan B1 is scheduled to begin with foundation excavation the week of July 18th.
