SITE PHASING PLAN S1-S2: Site Preparation, Complete Structure Demolition, Utility Capping and Relocations

• Completion of structure demolition. • Completion of new sanitary storm sewer main from the public library parking lot to future tie-in location of new building system. The tie in of the high school system is complete allowing for the demolition and capping of previous line. • The 8” water main serving the campus was tapped with valves and fittings in preperation for future relocation of line. • Excavation and repair of sinkholes discovered during building demolition is complete. WORK COMPLETED • Earlier than anticipated, delivery of HDPE pipe has allowed for the installation of the temporary and permanent stormwater conveyance systems to begin. • Installation of two temporary sediment traps and rough grading of the entire site. • The relocation of underground communications and power lines along Zephyr Boulevard. • Initial excavation and construction of building pad in preparation for classroom area foundations. • Building Phase B1 ClassroomMasonry Building Construction WORK Commencing
