Site Construction Progress

• Continue monitoring and maintaining site Erosion & Sedimentation controls. • Place asphalt at inner loop road. • Complete light pole base installation. • Rebar and radiant heat installation complete at front and rear concrete aprons. • Complete sidewalk stone preparation. • Begin exterior stone and brick veneer. • Overhead rough-ins of mechanical, plumbing, gas pipe, electrical nearing completion. • Continue sprinkler rough-ins. • Complete electrical branch wiring.

• Continue installation of window frames and glazing. • Continue ceiling grid perimeters and bulkhead layouts. • Complete mechanical and plumbing insulation. • Complete raised access flooring in Training, E.O.C. Room • Place concrete at generator corral and patio.

Continue Coordinate ASI 11 work with ETI, ETI's controls subcontractor, and UPT's security vendor. Expedite the installation of PECO gas line and delivery of MDP to have permanent power on site. Continue to monitor Erosion & Sedimentation Controls. Ensure site hours, noise, and lighting are compliant with Township ordinances. 0% Issues in Progress Review cost proposal from ETI regarding low voltage, security, and access control changes. Continue to monitor Erosion & Sedimentation Controls and respond to MCCD inspection report. Ensure site hours, noise, and lighting are compliant with Township ordinances.
