• Conducted construction kick-off meetings with the construction team and Bucks County Conservation District. • Began submission and review of shop drawings and submittals.

• Began procurement of items with long lead times. • Began 3D modeling and coordination drawings. • Established weekly superintendent construction meetings. • Completed Owner move out.

• Completed construction entrances and fencing. • Installed Phase 1 Erosion & Sediment Controls. • Scanned and located all existing underground utilities to the existing building and cell site. • Installed construction staging area. • Established construction trailers and temporary power. • Installed Protections for the communications tower and associated facilities. • Completed Demolition of existing building structure and foundations. • Separated and processed materials from the building demolition. • Began site clearing. • Began coordinating the relocation of cell site existing underground utilities. • Began Construction of the building pad
