• Concrete foundation footings are continuing into the main building area • Concrete foundation footings in the Classroom Wing have completed. • The building retaining wall is more than 80% complete. • Exterior masonry walls are continuing weather pending. • Plumbing and electrical underground rough in is ongoing and being inspected by UDT as requested. • Structural steel began March 4th and will be ongoing until complete. • Joists and deck have competed for Area A first floor. • Concrete is scheduled to be placed on the elevated deck in March. • MEP prime contractors are scheduled to continue rough in of utilities in floor and walls as coordination continues. • Both elevator shaft pits have been installed complete with damp proofing.
