•Phase 2B: Interior and exterior finishes, MEP equipment installation and start-up, electrical systems and finishes. •Start: April 15, 2019 •Completion of Phase: June 15, 2021 Phase 2B: Site, 2BS.1-2BS.8 & Building, B1.5-B1.13.

• Continued installation of aluminum gutters and downspouts. • Continued painting of interior walls and door frames in the Administration area. • Completed the installation of the linear metal ceiling in the main lobby. • Installed ceilings in the kitchen and soffits in the cafeteria. • Completed the installation of hydronic and domestic water piping in the boiler room. • Made final connections to the boilers and pumps.
