Site Construction Progress

• Complete under slab MEP installation. • Interior masonry wall installation and MEP in-wall rough-ins nearing completion. • Complete slab on grade and concrete mezzanine topping slab installation. • Complete steel erection and detailing. • Complete installation of metal roof decking.

• Complete mechanical duct and pipe hanger installation. • Continue overhead MEP rough-in in all building areas. • Begin interior painting. • Begin spray-foam insulation. • Begin installation of exterior brick veneer and stone. • Complete exterior framing and sheathing.

Issues Resolved Confirm installation detail and construction sequence of the apparatus bay trench drains. Coordinate with Lobar on roof nail board and stone veneer procurement. Coordinate the FF&E process with GKO and the Township. GKO confirmed building efficiency through a COMCheck stemming from perimeter insulation question.

Ensure site hours, noise, and lighting are compliant with Township ordinances.
