Agent. We will coordinate the scheduling to train the District’s maintenance staff and arrange for video- taping of the training. Prior to substantial completion, the Operation and Maintenance manuals, warrantees, certifications and final test data is organized into a concise package for the District’s use. DEI also coordinates and expedites the various documentation and activities which must occur prior to final completion including:

 Partial acceptances  Issuance of the Certificate of Substantial Completion  Completion of punch-list work  Final waivers of liens from the contractors as appropriate  Written manufacturer certifications  Approved equipment and pipe testing data  Warrantees

 Final applications for payment  Township and regulatory signoffs
