David C. Derkits, PE : HVAC Design Engineer Over thirty years of experience in the engineering, design, and specification of mechanical systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings including schools, hospitals, and laboratories. Extensive experience with mechanical renovation construction projects in public and private sectors.

Dean Batten, PE: Electrical Design Engineer Over twenty-five years of experience in electrical systems design including microelectronics, telecommunications, and computing environments. New and renovation construction projects include educational, commercial, health care, governmental, ecclesiastical, laboratory and industrial facilities.

Nolan Zambelli, PE: Mechanical Engineer: Plumbing Nolan possesses over ten years of experience in Plumbing and Fire Protection design. New and renovation projects include educational, commercial, health care, governmental, ecclesiastical, laboratory, pharmaceutical and industrial facilities.

Zach Zazo, PMP, CDT, LEED AP BD+C: Resident Project Engineer With more than 15 years of dedicated experience as a Resident Project Engineer, Mr. Zazo is an expert in overall project management from design through construction and closeout. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he is dedicated to green building solutions through all phases of a project. As a Certified Project Management Professional Zach is well versed in Contract Management as well as Project Planning. Zach has a background in site geotechnical engineering and will be performing site assessments for the team. He is also a District resident.
