SECTION 2 - UNIQUE QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND REFERENCES

The Miller Sports Construction Team has completed countless successful synthetic turf fields, stadium improvement and sports facility construction projects, both large and small. We have a wealth of knowledge and technical experience in the design and construction oversight of athletic fields and sports facilities. Please review the information in this section detailing our design and project management experience of athletic facilities that we have completed or are currently under construction.

Miller Sports Construction, Skepton Construction and D’Huy Engineering, Inc are professionally licensed to perform work in Pennsylvania. We will provide you with a staff of professional engineers, registered architects, certified construction consultants, value specialists, construction managers, contract administrators and other technical specialists to complete your project. We have experience with all the major synthetic turf manufacturers and can lead your decision-making process for both the surface and infill. Specific qualifications on our team include: • Professional engineers, architects, construction managers, cost estimators, energy managers and Active Members and Certified Builder of the American Sports Builders Association and Land Improvement Contractors of America • An experienced design-builder located in the Lehigh Valley having completed numerous local athletic facilities and with tremendous buying power • Pennsylvania K-12 coaches who understand the PIAA design and performance requirements • A design professional which is a Minority Business Enterprise • Award winning athletic field installations as recognized by the American Sports Builders Association at the Naval Academy, Upper Darby School District and Alvernia University • More than one hundred K-12 projects completed in the past 30 years and multiple athletic projects successfully completed on time and on budget during the recent pandemic Our team is local to the Lehigh Valley and has completed work at many of the K-12 and university venues. Together, we have worked on similar athletic projects and have completed school district work with representatives from these firms year after year. This team has successfully completed similar projects together in the school districts of Bethlehem, Nazareth, Northampton, Easton, Pocono Mountain, Salisbury, Upper Dublin, Northwestern Lehigh and Saucon Valley. We have designed and constructed the most well- known Lehigh Valley Stadium surfaces, some under tremendous time constraints. Each member of our team will own the project as a whole.
