OUR SCHEDULE DRIVEN APPROACH DELIVERS SAVINGS AND GETS THE WORK DONE Schedule and cost are typically two of the biggest drivers during the design phase. Coordinating the schedule for construction with the time of year and procurement will be essential. Working to minimize the amount of site disturbance will be important to reduce the risk of sinkholes. No one knows better how to plan and remediate sinkholes in the Lehigh Valley than Skepton. Having complete control of both the project cost and the schedule before the first shovel goes into the ground is the absolute best way to reduce the risk for the Owner. During design, we continuously “rehearse for construction” through our phasing plans and milestone scheduling. These plans are continuously challenged and updated so the construction phase is executed without issue, while reducing the risk of sinkholes and unnecessary changes.  Safety  Code compliance of architectural, electrical, mechanical, egress, and security systems.  Continuous cost control and value engineering  Conformance with municipal and regulatory standards.  Conformance with and clear description of project phasing requirements and related public, staff, and operations traffic patterns.  Coordination with vendors and suppliers, especially in the post pandemic economy  Close attention to materials testing and overall project quality  Thorough testing, start-up and training on new system and equipment
