In 2017, DEI provided concept design, cost estimating and construction manage- ment services to install a new synthetic turf field inside the School District’s existing Andrew Leh Stadium. DEI provided oversight on all facets of the project including a new ticket booth, bleacher repairs, ornamental fencing and hardscape. The part- nership between DEI and the District and Coordinated Health made it possible to replace the existing synthetic turf field for the opening of the stadium prior to the 2017 sports season. DEI also managed the replacement of a grass field with a new synthetic turf field inside the Nazareth Middle School track. This project was completed on time and under budget.
