• Phase 3: Renovation of Existing Municipal Building, Construction of Alternate Elevator, Construction of Solar Canopy, Completion of Exterior Improvements, Final Finishes Police Addition • Start: April 2021 • Completion of Phase: December 2021 • Installation of jail cell equipment and doors • Installation of high-density storage • Installation of narcotics cabinet and gun lockers • Finish paint in cell block and evidence processing area • Installation of MEP finishes in cell block and evidence processing area • Final cleaning Police Addition Second floor WORK COMPLETED - Police Addition Phase 2
