• Phase 3: Renovation of Existing Municipal Building, Construction of Alternate Elevator, Construction of Solar Canopy, Completion of Exterior Improvements, Final Finishes Police Addition • Start: April 2021 • Completion of Phase: December 2021 • Installation of acoustical and drywall ceilings second floor, cell block, and evidence processing/storage area • Installation of casework in cell block area and evidence processing area • Installation of ceramic tile, carpet, VCT flooring and cove base second floor WORK COMPLETED - Police Addition Phase 2
