• Phase 3: Renovation of Existing Municipal Building, Construction of Alternate Elevator, Construction of Solar Canopy, Completion of Exterior Improvements, Final Finishes Police Addition • Start: April 2021 • Completion of Phase: December 2021 • Preparation of floors for flooring finishes • Installation of drywall and acoustical ceiling grid WORK COMPLETED - Existing Building Renovation Phase 3

• Integration of security, card access and overhead garage door systems • Architectural and MEP punch list items for the cell block, evidence processing area and second floor • Installation of wall and floor tile vestibule entrance, monumental stairs, and main lobby Police addition •Installation of wood handrails on monumental stairs • Final finishes for Police Addition elevator Police Addition Phase 2 WORK IN PROGRESS - Site •Maintaining Erosion and Sediment controls • Final grading, layout, and base paving of Police addition parking lot • Installation of curb and sidewalks

Existing Building Renovation Phase 3

• Added Scope... • Demolition of existing municipal building toilet rooms • Layout and core drilling for new sanitary and water lines in toilet room area • Final overhead electrical finishes including lighting, speakers, and fire alarm • Final terminations and testing of technology in renovated areas • Installation of final overhead finishes for mechanical and fire protection system • Startup of newmechanical heating and cooling systems • Installation of interior aluminum door frames and windows • Installation of steel framing, roofing, and weatherproofing for new elevator addition • Scheduling of MEP and building inspections, ongoing • Coordination of Township move back to renovated space
