• Phase 2: Construction of Public Works Storage Building, Construction of Police Addition, Demolition of Existing Garages, Prepare subgrade/grade for Surrounding Parking Lots and Roads • Start: August 2020 • Completion of Phase: April 2021 Phase 2: Public Works Facility, Building Area B2.1-B2.18 • Completed exterior brick and decorative concrete veneer • Installation of exterior doors • Completed installation of first floor aluminum door frames and windows • Completion of PPL tie in for permanent power • Completed installation of first floor interior lighting, electrical and data outlets • Installation and start-up of emergency generator WORK COMPLETED - Police Addition Phase 2

• Installation and certification of Bi-Directional Antenna system • Completed first floor bathrooms, including ceramic tile, plumbing fixtures, and toilet accessories • Completed flushing and testing of domestic and mechanical water lines • Start up of mechanical equipment, including boilers, exhaust fans and roof top units • Installation of underground propane tanks including building tie in WORK COMPLETED - Police Addition Phase 2 (Cont.)
