• Exterior sheathing and spray applied vapor barrier • Installation of second floor exterior windows and aluminum storefront • Installation of exterior brick veneer • Interior masonry wall construction including MEP rough-in • First and second floor mechanical ductwork including insulation and coordina- tion of interior wall openings • First and second floor electrical rough-in including low voltage pathways • Installation of main electrical room • Electrical rough-in for elevator • Installation of interior metal framing, window framing and door frames • Installation of wood blocking and sound insulation • MEP in-wall inspection of interior metal framing • Installation of drywall on second floor • Installation and testing of domestic water lines including insulation of piping first and second floor • Installation of rear and monumental stairs • Painting of First floor CMU walls • Maintaining temporary heat throughout Police Addition
