• Complete placement of all remaining sidewalks. • Complete installation of roof and exterior wall metal panels. • Complete edge metal, fascia, gutters, and soffits. • Complete external insulation finish system. • Complete resinous floor and ceramic tile installation in living quarters. • Complete casework installation. • Complete all remaining interior finishes except for Apparatus Bay floor. • Complete plumbing fixture installation. • Place all grilles, registers, and diffusers. • Place all interior light fixtures. • Complete fire alerting system installation. • Complete above ceiling inspections and drop all remaining ceiling tile. • Complete touch up paint
