Richard Babyack, AIA Athletic Fields Designer

A Registered Architect with more than 35 years of experience in the fields of architecture, surveying and site design. Mr. Babyak has been a project engineer, architect and design team member on numerous synthetic projects in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He prides himself on his experience in sports field and athletic facility design. He also has extensive experience in computer graphics and model building, and is a High School soccer coach.

James P. Lynch, CCM, AVS Senior Project Manager and Principal Mr. Lynch manages public K-12 projects and holds degrees in both architecture and civil engineering. His familiarity with athletic facili- ties and performing cost estimating will save time and money. He will be your single point of accountability throughout the work and will report directly to the Board and community, keeping you in control of the project.
