Firm History: DEI was established in 1976 as a structural design and forensic engineering firm. In 1989, DEI expanded into facilities engineering and project/construction management. In 2022, DEI began its 33 rd year of facility engineering and project/construction management and has earned a rock-solid reputation for providing successful leadership on public projects in Pennsylvania with a consistent track record proven by its many long-term repeat clients and relationships. 80% of DEI’s business is dedicated to performing public projects in Pennsylvania.
