We specialize in managing public school projects. All of our projects are completed on time and below budget, with no clams. See the reference list integrated in these pages to the right. b. The degree to which the respondent brings experience in the full range of skills and expertise needed to accomplish the scope of work on the Project in all task areas. 70% of our projects are public projects. We have successfully completed over $600M in public schools over the last 3 years. All of our clients are repeat clients which reaffirms that we exceed expectations. Our staff of licensed engineers, licensed architects, certified professional estimators, certified construction specifiers, value engineering specialist, and construction experts provided the full range of expertise required to deliver Reading School District’s project from the pre-design, design, bidding, and construction phases. Our approach on all projects is to engage the local authorities from the beginning of the project. We have already confirmed the permitting process in the City of Reading and it is typical of most cities. The following approvals will all be required, which we will develop into a schedule with milestones and responsibilities to keep the team accountable to deliver the project on time: Land development, conservation district, access on streets, utilities, building permits, and inspections. An example of our interaction with the City of Reading is the design, management, and execution of the Reading Services Center improvements which is a 16 story Headquarters for Berks County located in Downtown Reading.

We have completed many similar projects and we have already begun to develop ideas to make sure the District gets the best value, and we can deliver the project, on time by implementing our expertise in grant funds (ESSER & RACP Funding), alternative and clean energy grants, PDE & Plancon when the moratorium is lifted, Value engineering on all systems, options and strategies to get the building out of the ground quickly, supply chain strategies, constructability review, Multi-prime assignments, and phasing plans which results in competitive bids, risk management and avoiding issues on projects. Our Strategies to keep the project on time and below budget with project alternate schedules and damages and incentive clauses has kept our projects free from claims..
