Our proposal is to provide the same Senior Level Team Approach and scope of services for the Boehm Middle School project that we used on the Pennwood Middle School project. This includes:

We would request the opportunity to meet with you to review, confirm and refine the number of months, scope and fee to provide the best value for the District with our Senior Level Team. We would be willing to work on a time and expense basis where needed and we would also request the District to consider a contingency fee which can be allocated by the District once the project schedule, scope and phasing is firmly established. Our promise is to work diligently with an Integrated Team Approach to successfully execute the Boehm Middle School project and work toward providing savings that offset our fee.
