• Continued submission and review of shop drawings and submittals. • Continued procurement of items with long lead times. • Completed 3D modeling and coordination drawings. • Continued Pre-installation meetings for upcoming work as required. • Continued to maintain construction entrances and maintain erosion & sediment control measures. • Continued to work with PECO to establish the new electrical service. • Coordinated the natural gas installation schedule with PECO. • Completed relocation of the Comcast communication line along Township Road. • Continued site clearing. • Completed bulk excavation and clean fill haul-off. • Completed Underground Basin B1. • Continued Site retaining wall installation. • Completed Underpinning work for the Cell Tower foundations.

• Completed the building pad. • Completed all foundations. • Completed CMU foundation Block. • Completed Mechanical, Plumbing, & Electrical underground.

• Began Structural Steel Erection. • Received AHUs and RTU curbs.
