Work Completed
• Phase 2B: Exterior veneer, roof structure and deck, interior wall construction, MEP equipment installation, interior finishes. • Start: April 15,2019 • Completion of Phase: June 15,2021 Phase 2B: Site, 2BS.1-2BS.8 & Building, B1.5-B1.13.
• The GC has completed all interior concrete floor slabs. Interior wall construction has commenced in the main office and kitchen area. • Exterior finishes including the brick veneer, aluminum store fronts and curtain walls and sof fit cladding systems are under way at the exterior of Areas B and C. • MEP contractors have begun installing and wiring VAV units in the 2nd floor classrooms and corridors of Areas B and C. Work Completed - Site
• The remaining load bearing CMU in the main entrance lobby is underway and nearing completion. • Brick veneer on high rising walls above the flat roof in Area A is underway. • Roof drains on all flat roofs have been assembled. Roofing to begin early June. • Rough-ins for the kitchen have been completed. • Installation of electrical systems and cabling are underway in Areas B and C classrooms and corridors. Ceiling grid to begin mid-June.
Continuation of exterior finishes and curtain wall assemblies.
Completion of interior floor slabs throughout the building.
• Exterior concrete in the courtyard area has begun. • The GC starting to tie-in the new bus entranceway and begin the expansion of the faculty parking lot. Work Completed - Building
