•Phase 2B: Exterior finishes, roof structure and deck, MEP equipment installation and start-up, interior finishes. •Start: April 15, 2019 •Completion of Phase: June 15, 2021 Phase 2B: Site, 2BS.1-2BS.8 & Building, B1.5-B1.13.

Work in Progress - Building

•Continued installation of exterior metal fascia and soffits. •Completed installation of composite metal panels above window heads. •Completed exterior aluminum curtain wall assemblies. •Completed placement of terrazzo flooring in the 2nd floor classroomwing. •Began installation of lighting control devices in the classroomwing. •Continued interior painting in the classroomwing. •Continued installation of ceiling grid in the classroomwing.

•Began ceramic wall tile in the kitchen. •Installed the kitchen walk-in units.

•Finished painting the gymnasium ceiling and walls. •Installed back stops, scoreboards and the wrestling mat hoist in the gymnasium. •Continued installation of hydronic piping and equipment in the basement mechanical room. •Continued MEP above ceiling work in the Administration area. •Began installation interior of aluminum storefronts in the administration area. •Began installation of casework and marker boards in the classroomwing. •Began installation of bathroom fixtures.
