• Phase 2B: Exterior veneer, roof structure and deck, interior wall construction, MEP equipment installation, interior finishes. • Start: April 15,2019 • Completion of Phase: June 15, 2021 Phase 2B: Site, 2BS.1-2BS.8 & Building, B1.5-B1.13.

• Continued sloped roof construction above the gymnasium, cafeteria, and main lobby. • Began installation of flat bituminous roofing system. • Continued exterior soffit and fascia framing. • Continued exterior veneer. • Continued installation of aluminum curtain wall assemblies. • Completed interior concrete slabs. • Continued installation of HVAC equipment and controls. • Began installation of terrazzo flooring in the 1st floor classroom wing. • Continued installation of branch wiring and system cabling. • Continued interior painting in the classroom wing. • Began installation of ceiling grid in the classroom wing. • Continued ceramic tile in 2nd floor gang bathrooms. • Completed roof drain and vent piping. • Began electrical piping in the gymnasium. • Continued non-load bearing walls in the Administration wing. • All roof curbs for HVAC equipment have been set.
