•Phase 2B: Exterior veneer, roof structure and deck, interior wall construction, MEP equipment installation, interior finishes. •Start: April 15, 2019 •Completion of Phase: June 15, 2021 Phase 2B: Site, 2BS.1-2BS.8 & Building, B1.5-B1.13.

• Continued flat bituminous roofing system above the administration area and kitchen. • Completed exterior soffit framing. • Began installation of composite metal panels above window heads. • Completed exterior veneer. • Continued installation of exterior aluminum curtain wall assemblies. • Continued installation of HVAC equipment and controls. • Continued installation of terrazzo flooring in the 1st floor classroomwing. • Continued installation of branch wiring and system cabling. • Continued interior painting in the classroomwing. • Continued installation of ceiling grid in the classroomwing. • Completed installation of ceramic wall tile in gang bathrooms. • Began ceramic wall tile installation in single bathrooms and janitor closets. • Completed non-load bearing walls in the administration area. • Completed above ceiling MEP rough ins in the gymnasium.

Brick veneer is complete, and soffits and fascia have continued.

Installation of epoxy terrazzo in the classroomwing.

• Completed a portion of the parking lot expansion and maintained bus drop off loop prior to the start of the 20-21 school year. • Continued installation of exterior concrete pads, frost walls, and sidewalks. • Completed installation of concrete curbing in portions of the new parking lot.
