• Held construction kick-off meetings with construction team and Bucks County Conservation District • Processing of shop drawings and submittals • Begin procurement of long lead items • Begin 3D modeling and coordination drawings • Establish weekly superintendent construction meetings • Completed owner move out • Install construction entrances and fencing • Establish and maintain E&S controls • Scan and location of all existing underground utilities to existing building and cell site • Establish construction staging area • Placement of construction trailers and installation of temporary power • Installation of protection of communications tower and associated facilities • Demolition of existing building structure and foundations • Separate and process materials from building demolition • Begin site clearing • Begin coordinating relocation of cell site existing underground utilities

Sitework Phasing (See Current Phase and Schedule Status) Building Phasing B3.1 to B3.4 - Place foundations. Complete under slab MEP rough-in. Complete slab on grade and cure time. B3.5 to B3.7 - Erect structural steel. Complete masonry walls. Complete roof (building to be watertight). B3.8 to B3.12 - Complete interior CMU walls, metal studs. Complete in-wall MEP rough-ins. Complete overhead mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler, electric and data rough-ins. B3.13 to B3.16 - Install GWB walls and soffits. Complete painting. Energize permanent power. Install ceiling grid and set ceiling mounted devices. B3.17 to B3.20 - Install casework. Install floor finishes in all areas except apparatus bays. Install vehicle exhaust system. Install floor finish apparatus bays. B3.21 to B3.23 - Complete fire alarm and security system. MEP start-up.. Complete elevator inspection. B3.24 to B3.27 - Complete all final inspections. Complete final cleaning. Punchlist preparation and Contractor correction period. Owner training of all building systems. B3.28 to B3.30 - Substantial completion, Final completion. Owner furniture, fixtures and equipment move-in and occupy. S3.1 to S3.6 - NTP,process shop dwgs/submittal/begin procurement Disconnect exist utilities to exist Fire Station. Install temp E&S/construction fence,protect communication tower, install staging area,construction entrance,construction trailers,temp. power. EC provide temp overhead connections. S3.7 to S3.11 - Demo existing fire station incl footings, foundations. Provide protection for cell town bldg. Fill void from basement. Route new utilities for tower. Inst. Stormwater basin and storm sewer piping. S3.12 to S3.15 - Prepare bldg pad, inst. Undergrnd electric, gas to bldg. pad. Inst. San. Sewer/water piping and connect to street S3.16 to S3.18 - Complete rough grading, inst. ret. walls, ext. light bases, post, lights. Inst. concrete curbs/sidewalks incl. work along Township Road. Install sanitary piping. Sewer piping connect to street pipe. Complete rough grading, install retaining walls. S15 to S20 - Remove construction trailers. Inst. ext. light bases, posts, lights.
