Building Construction Progress
• Complete masonry wall installation and MEP in-wall rough-ins nearing completion. • Complete steel erection and detailing and conduct final steel inspection. • Complete exterior masonry wall installation. • Continue mechanical hanger, duct, and pipe rough-in. • Continue rough-in including gas piping. • Continue electrical branch wiring. • Exterior metal framing and sheathing nearing completion. • Continue spray foam insulation. • Complete installation of sloped roof insulation, nail board, and vapor barrier. • Complete installation of insulation and base-ply of central hot-applied roof. • Roof is nowweathertight.

Review cost proposal from ETI regarding low voltage, security, and access control changes. Continue to monitor Erosion & Sedimentation Controls and respond to MCCD inspection report. Ensure site hours, noise, and lighting are compliant with Township ordinances.
