Site Construction Progress
• Continue monitoring and maintaining site Erosion & Sedimentation controls. • Complete sediment basin and stabilize the southern half of the site. • Begin Belgian block and concrete curb installation. • Begin roadway subgrade installation. • Complete underground electric and fiber optic duct bank installation. • Begin underground conduit installation for site lighting. Site Construction Progress • Continue under slab MEP installation. • Complete interior masonry wall installation at Area C. • Continue interior masonry wall installation at Areas A and B while coordinating with MEP for in-wall rough-ins. • Prep & pour slab on grade Area A. • Continue structural steel erection and detailing. • Begin installation of metal roof decking. • Place pre-cast concrete planks. • Begin exterior masonry wall installation starting at the main entrance. • Continue interior masonry wall installation and in-wall electrical rough-ins. • Continue exterior masonry wall installation. • Complete under slab MEP installation including the interior section of the radiant heat system and apparatus bay trench drains.
• Complete erection and detailing of structural steel. • Prep and pour mezzanine concrete slab on metal deck. • Complete concrete curb installation and road subgrade. • Complete underground conduit for site lighting. • Install temporary power at the building pad.

Issues in Progress
Work with Vision Mechanical on resolving sprinkler shops drawings and calculations.
Complete a building low voltage, security, and access control design with GKO and CEI. Continue to monitor Erosion & Sedimentation Controls and respond to MCCD inspection report. GKO to confirm building efficiency through a COMCheck stemming from perimeter insulation question.
