Site Construction Progress Site Construction Progress
• Continue monitoring and maintaining site Erosion & Sedimentation controls. • Complete temporary electric to trailers. • Continue grading of site using the Township stockpile at the west end of the site. • Complete excavation and installation of storm structures at the sediment basin. • Continue site sewer and storm installation. • Begin installation of the water line from the meter pit to the building. • Begin underground electric duct bank installation.
Building Construction Progress
• Continue the BIM 3D modeling coordination drawing process. • Complete placement of concrete foundation walls and footings. • Complete masonry foundation walls and MEP foundation sleeves. • Complete foundation damp-proofing and insulation. • Complete structural backfilling of foundation walls. • Begin under slab MEP installation. • Begin preparing the building to receive concrete slab on grade.

• Complete and have all Primes sign off on coordination drawings. • Complete installation of the sediment basin and rough grading. • Complete water line installation to building.
• Begin fiber optic duct bank installation. • Stabilize the southern half of the site. • Complete under slab MEP installation including the interior section of the radiant heat system. • Complete preparation of building pad to receive concrete slab on grade. • Begin placement of concrete slab on grade starting with the depressed slab at the Training O.A.C. Room and moving west to east. • Receive delivery of structural steel.

Issues Resolved Coordinate with PECO on energizing construction trailer temporary power pole. Confirm with Gilmore on new grading of merger pit and southwest corner of the sediment basin. Confirm new construction sequence and water pumping detail of the sediment basin proposed by Lobar, with Gilmore and MCCD.
Change construction detail of East Training O.A.C Room wall from decorative CMU to GWB on metal studs.
