Site Construction Progress
• Continue monitoring and maintaining site Erosion & Sedimentation controls. • Install new PECO power pole at northeast corner of the site. • Complete grading of site using the Township stockpile at the west end of the site. • Complete site sewer and storm installation. • Complete site water line installation. • Successful pressure test on the water line. • Continue underground electric and fiber optic duct bank installation. • Installation of oil interceptor. Site Construction Progress • Complete structural backfilling of interior foundations including haunches for CMU walls. • Continue under slab MEP installation. • Begin interior masonry wall installation at Area B and Area C storage areas while coordinating with MEP for in-wall rough-ins. • Prep & pour slab on grade in Area B and the depressed slab at the Training/EOC room. Building Construction Progress
• Prep and pour slab on grade in Area A. • Begin receiving structural steel deliveries. • Begin erection of structural steel columns.

Projected Progress for July 2021
• Have all Primes sign off on coordination drawings. • Complete installation of the sediment basin and bermwork at southwest corner of the basin. • Cut in the new entrance at Black Rock Rd. for the apparatus bay. • Stabilize the southern half of the site. • Continue interior masonry wall installation and in-wall electrical rough-ins. • Complete under slab MEP installation including the interior section of the radiant heat system. • Complete erection and detailing of structural steel. • Complete placement of pre-cast concrete panels forming the mezzanine floor. • Begin slab on grade preparation in Area C.

Issues Resolved Coordinate new Day Room and Office 101 layout with Primes and GKO. Confirm installation details of the radient heat system allowing the MC to use manufacturer approved joints. Confirm new construction sequence and water pumping detail of the sediment basin proposed by Lobar, with Gilmore and Montgomery County Co Review the GC erection sequence of structural steel and how the pre‐cast concrete planks integrate into the building superstructure.
