REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES MCIU FEE PROPOSAL August 2, 2022

1. Lump Sum Fee Proposal: D’Huy Engineering, Inc. proposes to provide construction management services to the MCIU based on the Scope of Services described in Section B of the Request for Proposal for Construction Management Services for the fees described below. The proposed Building Renovation project does not have a scope, schedule or location assigned to it at this time. We suggest including an allowance for the construction effort based on MCIU’s stated timelines and adjusting the construction phase allowance once the actual project details and timeline are established. The timing of the projects has yet to be finalized. As such our personnel assignments will depend on the project timing to ensure proper coverage. The average cost per hour depends upon the actual staff assignments. We look forward to discussing the options with MCIU. 2. Our breakdown of the Lump Sum Fee Proposal by functions, hours, and costs is provided below. The “Functions” are included that were listed in the RFP; we have included ALL of the services requested. a.
