BIDDING

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

• We will work with the architect and District to answer bidder questions and issue addenda • We will tabulate the bids and advise the District on costs and the value of bid alternates • We will present bid results to the Board and assemble construction contracts for execution and issue the notice to Proceed

Easton Area SD • DEI will work with the architect and District to advertise bids and distribute bid documents. • DEI will continuously work to attract bidders to the project. Contractors know that DEI projects have been well organized and that clear and concise bid documents can be expected.

• DEI will provide a full time construction manager for the duration of work to monitor the work and advocate for the District in all areas of the schedule, cost and quality of the project • A web based construction management systemwill be deployed for the entire construction team to submit documents,
