Technical Inspection, Structural Design & Project/Construction Management • The decommissioning and demolition of 600’ of flue gas chimneys - $2M • The permitted closure of 60 acre and 150 acre coal ash basins - $20M • The demolition of an electrostatic precipitator and replacement with gas train ductwork - $9M • The reinforcement of nine 40’ diameter, 60’ tall coal silos and the repair and reinforcement of four 30’ diameter, 60’ tall concrete coal silos - $7M • The design and construction of a coal car rail extension - $7M

Hotel Bethlehem Cornice Failure Investigation and Repair • Investigated collapse of cantilevered terracotta cornice on 9-story Hotel Bethlehem. • Performed field surveys and oversaw probe openings made to assess existing conditions and cause(s) of collapse. • Analyzed extent of corrosion deterioration and designed repairs to stabilize cornice components. • Prepared bid documents and monitored repair work, including installation of stainless steel sock anchors and new GFRC cornice components.
