• Start: July 15, 2020 • Completion of Phase: April 2, 2021 Phase B1.1-B1.30: Building Phase 1

• Installation of above ceiling MEP work. • Installation of Parapet wall steel plate and angle supports. • 2 Hour fire wall framing and sheathing at Admin addition. • Classroom carrier installation in each classroom toilet room at Classroom addition. • Interior CMU non-bearing walls • Installation of roof drains and piping. • Installation of under slab plumbing at New Nurses area. • VAV and duct installation in Classroom addition. • New switch gear on site. • Installation of feeder conduits in Classroom addition. • Interior doorframe installation.
