The Firm’s recent experience, knowledge and familiarity with the design, permitting and construction of synthetic turf projects for public owners in Pennsylvania. Miller Sports Construction’s team approach and success is based on providing very qualified team for you Project. The team is involved in the project from beginning to the finish. Our repeat client base reinforces the success of our project delivery. We offer licensed engineers and architects, Certified American Sports Builders Association, Certified Cost Estimators, Construction Document Technologists as certified by CSI and Certified Construction managers as certified by the Construction Management Association of America. Additionally, our construction staff is current with respect to OSHA safety classes and Skepton construction has a superior safety record. 2.) Specific qualifications and relevant experience and licensure of primary staff, who will manage, supervise and provide services for this project, including certifications and involvement of personnel and firm in industry trade organizations. Our major suppliers and subcontractors are also Lehigh Valley based where we have an extensive list of suppliers ready to serve the District. Please refer to the extensive list of projects we have successfully completed. Many of these projects were on sites similar to yours and with significant sinkhole risk. The success of these projects is planning and documentation including phasing plans and clear scope definition that has been reviewed with all stakeholders. We plan to rehearse for construction right from the start. The experience of the lead firm, design firm, sub-consultants, and associated firms on similar projects and their certifications and involvement in industry trade organizations.
