The services requested are a staple of Miller Sports and its partners. We specialize in managing public school projects. All of our projects are completed on time and below budget, with no claims. We regularly act as stewards of the taxpayer projects due to the volume of school work performed. We continually advise the Owner about cost, offer value engineering during design and throughout construction and closely monitor schedules to ensure timely completion. Our schedule and budget systems keep projects on track. This was demonstrated most clearly during the pandemic when projects at Hatboro-Horsham, Catasauqua , and Easton were completed on time and on budget. 6.) The Firm’s ability to undertake the work and assume the financial liability associated with the work, including the ability to provide a Surety Bond, as well as the adequacy of the accounting and scheduling systems to identify cost and impacts to the project. OUR SCHEDULE DRIVEN APPROACH DELIVERS SAVINGS AND GETS THE WORK DONE Schedule and cost are typically two of the biggest drivers during the design phase. Coordinating the schedule for construction with the time of year and procurement will be essential. Working to minimize the amount of site disturbance will be important to reduce the risk of sinkholes. No one knows better how to plan and remediate sinkholes in the Lehigh Valley than Skepton. Having complete control of both the project cost and the schedule before the first shovel goes into the ground is the absolute best way to reduce the risk for the Owner. During design, we continuously “rehearse for construction” through our phasing plans and milestone scheduling. These plans are continuously challenged and updated so the construction phase is executed without issue, while reducing the risk of sinkholes and unnecessary changes. OUR ATHLETIC FACILTY KNOWLEDGE AND THOROUGHNESS ELIMINATE AMBIGUITIES

Our team offers a combination of athletic facility design, materials and purchasing know-how,7 and construction expertise. We have a track record and a reputation for success not only in completing work but in exceeding beyond the expectations of our clients. We will work with the District and its Architect to incorporate all the desires for the project while offering recommendations on how to achieve value. In addition, we will examine close and execute with precision of all project details including:

 Safety  Code compliance of architectural, electrical, mechanical, egress, and security systems.  Continuous cost control and value engineering  Conformance with municipal and regulatory standards.  Conformance with and clear description of project phasing requirements and related public, staff, and operations traffic patterns.  Coordination with vendors and suppliers, especially in the post pandemic economy  Close attention to materials testing and overall project quality  Thorough testing, start-up and training on new system and equipment
