PROFILE With more than 5 years of experience, Mr. Mather specializes in engineering design, structural analysis, cost estimating and construction management. He is an expert in the development of design concepts, management of construction documents and oversight of new and renovated structures. On the construction of a new middle school, he directs all on-site construction work while acting as a liaison between all contractors and the Owner/Architect.
